Let comes from his hometown Makai. In the series, he has sworn a vendetta against Jegan of the Oracion Six, because he turned his lover into a dragon which he rides throughout the series. It is also important to note that Let comes from the race of Dragons, and only has taken a humanoind form, while still having dragon blood flowing in his veins. In the original Japanese version, he is voiced by Seiyū Takehiro Murozono, while in the English dub he is voice by Doug Stone.
