Lenzo is the one who gives Link the Picto Box and instructs him on how to use it by having him fulfill a three-part quest taking photos of people on the island in specific poses. If Link captures a firefly in the Forest Haven dungeon Lenzo will use it to upgrade the Picto Box to take color photographs, which is needed for the extensive figurine gallery sub-quest. You can take a picture of him talking to one of the island's inhabitants in private and take it to the gossiping woman for a reward. It is as yet unknown in the Zelda community why Lenzo dresses like Akeem the African Dream.
