Overview
Lao Gui is the most cold-blooded killer in all of Asia, and has qualms about killing women if that is what his employer wants. None of his targets for prior jobs have said to survived. It is implied that Sohei Dojima (Character) originally hired him to kill the victim that Kiryu extorted for cash at the Empty Lot. He dispatches Makimura Makoto, when she has outlived her usefulness, which greatly angers Majima.
Trivia
- In the Taiwanese version of the game, Lao Gui's appearance is changed to resemble his actor, Sam Lee. There was originally a bug in the PAL and North American version that would have the original Japanese actor replaced with Sam Lee's voice during the boss fight.
