The mouthpiece of Lucifer in Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne. She is the one who guides the Demi-fiend through his journey.

Overview
The Lady in Black appears throughout the game in different guises, one time as an old woman alongside a young boy, and other times as a young lady caretaking for an old man. The boy and the old man are both Lucifer in disguise, and she serves as his delegate. She will aid the Demi-fiendthroughout his journey through the Vortex World (Location), and will fill him in on the lore of the Amala, as well as what has happened to the world. A lot of the things she says to the Demi-fiend are similar to what Yuko Takao (Character) (his teacher) tells him in the beginning. Her young lady form also closely resembles Ms Takao herself though the game never confirms whether they are the same person. And it's very likely that the things she says to the Demi-fiend are all deliberate ruses, meant to coerce him into joining her master's cause by using those closest to him. She can generally be found inside the peephole inside the Amala Labyrinth, where the Demi-fiend can ask her for any general knowledge of the Vortex World.
