Kotohime is a princess, although she has an odd personality. Thanks to this, no one really knows what she's like, although everyone that's met her believes there is something strange about her, even if they themselves are very strange people. She claims to be a police officer, and is a genuine collection freak, collecting many things that most people have no interest in.
She has red hair and eyes, and wears a kimono with red flower markings. She also wears a yellow bow in her hair.
