A local loan shark of Kineicho, who constantly hounds Shinada for the money he owns him using thinly veiled threats of harm, or tricks.

Overview
Takasugi has been involved with Shinada since a year before the events of the game. Originally being his number 1 fan, when he was still playing baseball, which is one of the biggest reasons why he hasn't killed him yet for not paying his loan. He hams up his threats towards Shinada with such coercion that they tend to come off as comedic, rather than scary. Despite his seemingly hostile nature towards Shinada, he actually cares about him and looks out for him.
