Kaelyn the Dove is a Half Celestial Cleric from Mount Celestia. She is the granddaughter of a Solar Angel and the eldest sister of a group know as the Menagerie who served as the God of the Dead Kelemvor's Doomguides. She is first met in the Death God's Vault trying to reach the Betrayer's Gate, which would lead to the Fugue Plane and the Wall of the Faithless in the City of the Dead, which she sought to destroy and free the souls of the Faithless that were trapped within. Realizing her goal aligns with that of the protagonist, she became their companion.
