Overview
Josuke has the same name as the protagonist of Part 4, though the kanji in his name is spelled differently (東方 定助 instead of 東方 仗助). His Stand (Concept), Soft & Wet, allows him to create bubbles which are able to remove an aspect from an object and take it for itself, such as removing a woman's bodily hydration, or removing the the sound of a door opening. Soft & Wet can later use these aspects that it has stolen and return them at the precise time or activate them somewhere else, in order to trick enemies.
