Jenkins is one of the guerrillas fighting with the Red Faction. Jenkins owns a unique vehicle which has a powerful turret. The vehicle looks to have been adapted from a Marauder design. Jenkins takes you around in his vehicle to destroy EDF property. Later in the game, in an optional side mission, it is revealed that Jenkins is a traitor.
