Jack Kellar is a rebellious character who is known to purposely disobey orders and focuses more on doing what he wants over doing what he is told. Kellar is a Sergeant First Class of the US military and the leader of a Black Ops team (Bravo Team) for the CIA. Little of his face and appearance is seen in the Black game, with the only glimpses being during the interrogation cutscenes, making him appear to be almost anonymous.
