Igniculus
Igniculus is a sentient ball of light summoned by the Lady of the Forest to aid Aurora in her quest to retrieve the sun, moon, and stars and defeat the Queen of the Night.

Igniculus serves as a helper to Aurora in her journey through Lemuria. Having been summoned from the ether by the Lady of the Forest, Lemuria is also a whole new world to him like it is for Aurora. He can be controlled by either a single player or the second player in and out of combat. During traversal, the player can use him to:
- Help solve puzzles
- Collect HP and MP orbs from plants
- Blind an enemy so Aurora can avoid combat
- Heal the party
- Open floating chests in impossible to reach areas
- Collect upgrade sprites
During combat, the player can use him to:
- Slow down one target enemy
- Heal the target party member
- Collect orbs to recharge his energy meter
Healing, blinding and slowing down enemies all drain Igniculus of his energy meter. This meter can be refilled by a potion, or by collecting orbs from lit plants in the environment.
