IceMan is a NetNaviunder the control of Dr. Froid. He worked for the <span>WWW </span>in the original Battle Network. He sabotaged the Waterworks, but was eventually defeated by Megaman. Later on, he was infected by the impostor Zero Virus Vaccine and attacked the Waterworks again.
His attacks consist of sliding ice blocks and throwing freezing bombs at his opponent.
