Overview

Hoxie didn't pay William J. Johns the amount of money  he was going to get for bringing Riddick (Character) toButcher Bay (Location). It is implied by Hoxie's initial encounter with Johns that the men have had a previous history together and that Riddick will cover what Johns owes him. Hoxie takes a lot of pride in having Riddick in his prison but soon realizes that Riddick is more trouble than he's worth.
