Early Life
Born and raised in the town of Crowley Corners in Tennessee (Location) by her loving parents Susan and Robby Ray Stewart with an older brother named Jackson, Miley followed in her father's footsteps and took a great interest in music. At the age of 8, she received a guitar as a Christmas present off her parents and never stopped playing. However, in 2002, when Miley was only 10 years old, her mother passed away. This caused Robby, her father, to reconsider his career as a Country musician, retire from the industry and move the family from the south to a beach house in Malibu.

By the age of 13, Miley Stewart had become a teen sensation under the alias of Hannah Montana but rather than let the fame go to her head, she followed the example of her father who always believes in putting family first and therefore strives to live her daily life as Miley and keep a distinction between this and her career as Hannah Montana.
