Frisk is the silent protagonist of Undertale (Game) and a human child with an ambiguous gender. Although players choose a name at the beginning of the game, they are actually naming a different human character commonly referred to as "Chara (Character)" who also figures significantly into the game's story, as well as being featured prominently in one of Undertale's multiple endings. The fact that the player character's true name is Frisk isn't mentioned until reaching the game's "True Pacifist" ending.
