Fernando Delgado is a Chilean druglord, involved in the cocaine trade. A former colonel in Augusto Pinochet's intelligence service, he owns a vineyard, which serves for cover for his drug factory. He hosts a ceremony to unveil his new wine label in his villa, giving Agent 47 a chance to assassinate Delgado. He's one of the targets in the game's second mission: "A Vintage Year". Manuel Delgado (Character) is his son.
