A soft-spoken genius who seems to be high-up in Limbus Company, knowing more than she lets on, despite being another Sinner.

Like many of the other Sinners, Faust's past is shrouded in mystery. She was the one to recruit Vergilius, Charon, Dante, and several of the other Sinners to work under Limbus Company, though she has yet to reveal what her position is, why she knows so much, or how she designed the bus they ride in. Her default ID wields a Zweihander with the word Walpurgisnacht ("Walpurgis Night" in German) etched on the blade.
During the event Murder on the W.A.R.P Express, it was revealed that Faust is able to draw knowledge from other Fausts in other worlds. When they were trapped on the WARP train, Faust was cut off from her "network," forcing her to use her own knowledge and rely on other Sinners to solve the mystery until she could regain her connection.
Alternate IDs
Lobotomy Corp. Remnant Faust Takes on the role of Yuri, a survivor from the original L Corp and a low-grade Fixer who the Sinners meet in Canto I. She attacks with a red sword that deals mostly slashing damage, and gives herself Poise, or Ruptures enemies on successful hits.
W Corp. L2 Cleanup Agent Faust is a woman whose thirst for knowledge about the City leads her to study W Corp's singularity. She wields a glaive that deals blunt damage and relies on building Charge to empower herself and debuff enemies.
The One Who Grips Faust is an alternate ID where she became the leader of Negel und Hammer instead of Kromer. Attacking with large, piercing nails and a blunt gauntlet, she can debuff enemies and buff other N Corp allies.
Zwei Assoc. South Section 4 Faust is focused on protection, like the other Zwei IDs. She wields a zweihander with slashing techniques, but is mainly focused on raising the defense stats of herself and allies in battle.
Seven Assoc. South Section 4 Faust is a barista at a teahouse by day, and spy/cleaner by night, both for the Seven Association. Wielding a traditional broadsword, this ID uses exclusively slashing attacks and applies Rupture on successful hits.
Lobotomy E.G.O::Regret Faust comes from a world where L Corp is still active, and she is the Control Team Captain. She wields a large metallic hammer named Regret, an EGO taken from the Abnormality T-01-54, "Forsaken Murderer." With Regret, Faust can inflict Tremor on herself and enemies, and then use self-inflicted Tremor to enhance burst damage dealt to enemies.
Wuthering Heights Faust is a butler working under Outis in an alternate timeline. Like other Wuthering Heights IDs, this one can apply Sinking to the enemy on successful hits, and apply Echoes of the Manor to further compound Sinking effects with her Skill 3.
Blade Lineage Salsu Faust is a swordswoman who deals mostly slashing and some pierce damage. Similar to other Blade Lineage IDs, this Faust gains Poise on successful hits, but also can apply a unique effect called Red Plum Blossom that applies a certain amount of Bleed to the target upon a successful critical hit, which is made easier with more stacks of Poise.
MultiCrack Office Rep Faust takes the role of Sasha from the Murder on the W.A.R.P. Express chapter before she was turned into a Bloodfiend. With four robotic arms wielding two large greatswords, this Faust deals some Slash and Blunt damage, and is very effective at building Charge for herself and allies who use it.
LCE E.G.O::Ardor Blossom Star Faust takes the role of Alyssa, an assistant researcher in the LCE, from the main story, wielding E.G.O. equipment salvaged from the WAW-class Abnormality Ardor Blossom Moth (O-01-20-07). This Faust deals blunt damage strikes, inflicting Burn with each hit on herself and others. Like the Abnormality it is based on, applying Burn to herself (either through skills or enemy attacks) will only make her stronger, and she cannot be killed by Burn damage. However, too much Burn will rapidly deteriorate her health, and launching Skill 3 in that state will cause her to explode after heavily damaging all remaining enemies on the field.
Heishou Pack - Mao Branch Adept Faust takes on the role of Zilu from Limbus Company's time in H Corp, who in turn references Mu Hong from the Chinese novel Water Margin. All of this ID's skills deal Slash damage with Rupture status, and her speed advantage can further empower those attacks, as well as be empowered when teamed up with The Lord of Hongyuan Hong Lu.
Shi Assoc. East Section 3 Faust wields a bladed bow with arrows, dealing Slashing damage with a special Skill 3 deals Pierce from her arrows, building Poise on herself while inflicting Bleed on her enemies with each hit.
The Index Proselyte: [Paper Slip] Faust deals Slash damage and inflicts Sinking on enemies. When following the marked Prescript skills, she can empower her attacks further.
The House of Spiders: The Ring Apprentice Faust takes on the role of Albina from Canto IX. Her main skill is tanking hits with her Iron Maiden style armor and massive broadsword called Fascia, but she can also deal Slash damage and inflict Bleed or other statuses on enemies while attacking.
Dawn Office Fixer Faust takes the role of Yuna, a Fixer from Library of Ruina. This ID deals Slash damage with Burn and Tremor effects to enemies, takes a lot less damage from enemies with Burn attacks, and can be further empowered when teaming up with other Dawn Office IDs.

Trivia
Faust's name and attitude comes from the titular play written by famous German writer Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, in various parts during the early 1800s. Faust is portrayed as a man who wishes to learn all the knowledge that exists in the world, to the point where he makes a bargain with Mephistopheles in exchange for offering his service to the Devil in the afterlife. Meanwhile, Mephistopheles made his own bet with God, betting that he could lure Faust away from righteous pursuits towards sin.
