Father James Ballard is a character in Mafia III.

History

James Ballard served in World War II (Concept) as a medic in the Third Platoon, Company C, of the 614th Tank Destroyer Battalion, an all-black unit of the U.S. Army. After the war ended, he spent a few months working odd jobs before attending seminary and becoming a priest. Father James was appointed to Saint Jerome's Catholic Church until his retirement in 2002. In 2016, Jonathan Maguire interviewed Father James for possible information regarding the rise of Lincoln Clay's criminal organization.
