The Eye of Cthulhu is a boss from Terraria. One of the easiest bosses in the game, it's summoned by using a Suspicious Looking Eye at night.

Overview
The Eye of Cthulhu is one of the few pre-hardmode bosses from Terraria (Game). It's one of the first bosses players will likely face, being roughly on par with the Eater of Worlds (Character). It is summoned by using a Suspicious Looking Eye at night (made using 6 lenses on a demon altar), but can appear randomly at night if the player has not already fought it. Its primary methods of attack are dashing towards the player and summoning Servants of Cthulhu. Once its health reaches 1400 (2,366 on expert mode, 3,016 on master mode) it enters a more dangerous second form. In this second form it no longer summons Servants, but its dashes become much faster.
