Overview
Emmy Altava became Professor Hershel Layton's assistant through Dean Delmona (Character) of Gressenheller University. Her appearance came as a surprise to Layton as he wasn't aware that the position was open, or even existed, but took her along anyway. Their first case together was in response to a letter a former colleague sent asking for help in Professor Layton and the Last Specter (Game) concerning a giant monster destroying Misthallery (Location).
