Don Quixote wields a massive lance named SUEÑO IMPOSIBLE ("the Impossible Dream" in Spanish) that is nearly twice her height, but somehow has the strength to wield or throw it when she feels the need. For example, at the K Corp border check, she is able to use it to pierce thick glass separating the Limbus Company team from a section where she saw a guard harassing a child.

Canto VII of the main story reveals more about Don Quixote: the girl claiming that title is actually a Bloodfiend named Sancho, and the real Don Quixote is her "sire" who founded La Manchaland after being enthralled by the tales of Bari, the Knight of the Blue Moon, hoping to create a dreamland in reality where Bloodfiends and humans could live together in harmony. The real Don Quixote traveled across the land with Sancho, who thought the stories of Noble Fixers was just a childish dream, but she slowly warmed up to the idea as they went along. However, when they returned home, they found La Manchaland in upheaval, with the other Bloodfiend kin having revolted after being ignored and finding the "hemobars" inadequate to sate their hunger. So Don Quixote gave Sancho his "Rocinante," a pair of shoes that carried Sancho away from the now-violent park, and sealed her Bloodfiend identity. At that point, Sancho became Don Quixote, the noble Fixer, to everyone else.

After reconciling with the "real" Don Quixote in La Manchaland and ripping out the Golden Bough used to trap him and the residents of the park inside, Don Quixote reclaimed the title from him and pledged to continue chasing their impossible dream with the other Sinners.

Alternate IDs

Shi Association South Section 5 Director: An alternate world where Don cracks jokes to dull the trauma caused by her assassination assignments, and tries to fight for better treatment of her underlings. This ID's skills revolve solely around slash attacks with her katana, with additional Poise and Haste on successful hits.
W Corp. L3 Cleanup Agent: An alternate world where Don joins as a rookie member of W Corp, happy to be part of the cleanup crew for the WARP trains, until she realizes what her job truly entails. Mostly slash-based attacks (and one pierce) with her short swords that rely on building up Charge and then unleashing it with her Skill 3 for massive damage.
N Corp. Mittelhammer: A true believer who has bought into the words of The One Who Grips rather than eating drugged food. She inflicts mostly blunt damage with additional Tremor, in addition to sticking enemies with Nails that provide bonuses to other N Corp allies.
Cinq Association South Section 5 Director: A master duelist who wields a piercing rapier, this Don can Haste herself and apply Bind to enemies on successful attacks.
The Middle Little Sister: As a member of The Middle, she uses chains wrapped around her fists as blunt weapons, beating enemies of her family until they Bleed.
Lobotomy E.G.O::Lantern: Don wears E.G.O. equipment drawn from the Abnormality O-04-84, Meat Lantern, in an alternate universe where she is a member of Lobotomy Corporation's Training Team. Though this ID has Slash and Pierce Skills that inflict Rupture on targets, this ID is mainly useful for tanking hits from enemies, and slightly healing itself.
Blade Lineage Salsu: Like other Blade Lineage members, Don uses mainly Slash attacks and builds up Poise for Critical damage.
T Corp. Class 3 Collection Staff: As a T Corp Tax Collector, Don uses skills that build up Tremor on herself and others, using her own built Tremor stacks for extra coin power in clashes.
La Manchaland Manager: In another world, "Don Quixote" stayed as Sancho and never left the park while the real Don Quixote went on adventures with Bari. Eventually, her hunger and jealousy made her turn against her own Father, stabbing Don Quixote with a bloody spear after he returned, while the Bloodfiends in the park rebelled against the humans. This Don Quixote uses her spear to deal only Pierce and Blood damage while making use of a unique blood counter to further enhance her own strength against enemies, especially when paired up with other La Manchaland IDs.
Cinq Assoc. East Section 3: Another Cinq Fixer ID, except this one has an Eastern motif, fighting with her fists and a superheated bangle that gives her the power to deliver Piercing strikes and inflict Burn damage.
Lobotomy E.G.O::In the Name of Love and Hate: This version comes from the same mirror world as the Lobotomy E.G.O.::Lantern ID, but from a later time period where she became Central Command Team Captain at Lobotomy Corp. Her equipment is taken from a "magical girl" Abnormality known as The Queen of Hatred (O-01-04), who sees it as her duty to banish evil, and grows violently manic when she has no villains to fight. In Limbus Company, this Don ID deals blunt damage and inflicts Rupture against enemies, while giving herself stacks of a unique charge called "Love/Hate" and "Hysteria." When her SP drops below 0, her attacks will deal Sinking instead of Rupture, and her coin power will flip from positive to negative.
Heishou Pack - Wei Branch: Unlike other Heishou IDs, this one deals blunt damage and can inflict Sinking in addition to Rupture. However, it will still empower and be empowered by The Lord of Hongyuan Hong Lu.
The Index Proxy - Effloresced E.G.O::Procuration: From a mirror world where Don Quixote is the apprentice of the Index Nursefather (as Yi Sang) instead of Sora from the main story. SHe constantly begs for his attention and approval. She inflicts blunt damage and Sinking on enemies while giving herself Poise. However, after completing enough Prescripts, she unshackles herself and inflicts slash damage instead with her attacks.

Trivia

As her name and attitude suggest, Don Quixote is a direct reference to the titular protagonist of the novel “Don Quixote,” written by the Spanish writer Miguel de Cervantes, originally written in two parts with the first published in 1605, and the second 10 years later in 1615. The novel's Don Quixote was an old hidalgo who read so many chivalric romance stories that he decided to become a knight errant himself. He dons an old suit of armor, imagines his old workhorse to be a noble steed named Rocinante, and pretends that an old slaughterhouse worker named Aldonza is his courtly lover Dulcinea del Toboso. He then sets off across La Mancha, hoping to right the many wrongs he sees. How much of the story is the imagination of a madman, and how much is simply an old soul who embodied chivalry years after the fact, is up to interpretation.
