The character of Dana Barrett did not appear in Ghostbusters: The Video Game due to actress Sigourney Weaver (Person) declining to be involved at the start of development. After learning that she was the only holdout aside from Rick Moranis, she regretted this decision but by this time the game had already been structured without her presence. When Weaver was asked to voice Ellen Ripley (Character) in Alien: Isolation DLC she didn't hesitate. Dana Barrett only appears in a LEGO game so far.
