Overview

One of the many ranking battles in No More Heroes 2, Cloe is found incarcerated within a special cell inside an abandoned prison out at sea. After being freed by Travis, she attempts to seduce and kill him before the fight. Cloe is able to spit acid and uses her screams to knock Travis away from attacking her. She is voiced by Tara Strong (Person).
