His name is Bumper. Woo Hoo. In the 90s he helped save Timber Island from Wizpig. Since then he's wound up in jail.

A badger with a penchant for racing, Bumper appeared in Diddy Kong Racing (Game) to help Timber (Character) save his island from Wizpig (Character), and a decade later appeared in Diddy Kong Racing DS (Game) to do the same thing. In a self-narrated press release for Conker: Live andamp;amp;amp; Reloaded, Conker (Character) reflects on his Diddy Kong Racing days by saying "It goes without saying that you wouldn't catch me hanging out with any of those freaks these days. Last I heard at least one of 'em was in jail, anyway." Bringing closure to that statement, in 2012 it was confirmed by Leigh Loveday (Person) of Rare that Bumper is in jail.
