BubbleMan is a boss character in MegaMan Battle Network 3. He is DrillMan's cousin, and was created by Wily. BubbleMan, like his cousin, is an independent NetNavi and lacks operator. He fights by summoning bubbles(some containing mines or missiles) and throwing crabs. When low on health, he encases himself in a protecting bubble and fires harpoons. BubbleMan is a coward and flees several times.
