Broque Monsieur is the leading block collector in the Mushroom Kingdom. He speaks with a thick French accent and befriends Bowser after the Koopa King saves him from a stranded island. He teaches Bowser the "vacuum" move and recruits Bowser to recover all the lost little Blitties scattered throughout the game. He also apparently dated Broque Madame at one point.
