Baron Von Havoc, the purple-robed, fishnet-and-heels wearing antagonist of Amped 3, floats around in his mystical zeppelin. There he tasks his game developer minions with creating Emag Live, "Evil Game" spelled backwards, with which he will take over the world. Because he was raised by arcade cabinets and grew up playing older games he has a chip on his shoulder about how gamers these days only want fancier graphics rather than strong game play.
