Akihiro is a second year student of Ohbi Academy. He is a good friend of Shouki. Akihiro is a very talented bassist and he has a loyal group of fan girls who affectionately calls him "Akki". He enjoys attention and is also a womanizer.
Akihiro and Shouki left the Boys' Light Music Club in the Spring of their first year.

First Stage
Chapter 1: Here Today, Go Tomorrow
Akihiro was first seen when Souta and Kazuki went to town to buy music CDs. Akihiro revealed that Yoshizawa (Character) had a headache after talking to Souta.
Chapter 2: I'm a Rock'n'Roller
Souta wanted to join the band competition at the local live house and invited Akihiro and Shouki to form a band. Akihiro agreed, wanting to achieve greater fame. Souta named their band Super Rock'n'Rollers, much to Akihiro's dismay. In their first practice, Akihiro played on his own and ignored the others.
Akihiro fights with Souta
In Summer, Akihiro tried to hit on Yuko but she shot him down immediately. Akihiro never had a girl who could resist his charm and he broke down. During their first live performance, Akihiro played on his own again and Souta became infuriated and they fought. Yui then confronted them backstage and reprimanded them.
Souta suggested undergoing a training camp and he agreed. Souta accused Akihiro of not being able to follow a rhythm but Akihiro insisted that he could but chose not to. Akihiro then played following Shouki's rhythm and the band played very well. Akihiro was shocked that he could produce a great song as a band. They then started composing their original song mostly under Akihiro's guidance. Later, Akihiro revealed that he had been scouted for a modeling job.
Second Stage
After Akihiro graduated from Ohbi, he worked as a model and later an actor.
Chapter 2: Don't Stop Dreaming
Akihiro left his acting job because he didn't like the entertainment industry. He then worked as a gigolo. Souta found Akihiro apologizing profusely to a woman that he was cheating on. He invited Akihiro to reunite Super Rock'n'Rollers.
Chapter 3: Let's Do It, The Music
Souta presented Kazuki's new song to Akihiro and Shouki. They practiced it intending to perform it at Happy Cycle Mania's 5th year anniversary.
Chapter 4: We Are Always Rock Crazy
Souta and Akihiro woke up late and they rushed to the live house.
