Overview

The Wasteland franchise is a series of CRPGs that began with the original Wasteland (Game), which was produced by Interplay and released in 1987. The sequel, Wasteland 2 (Game), is currently in development at inXile Entertainment and is expected to launch on digital platforms in October of 2013. The series is set in a post-apocalyptic nuclear wasteland, and the first game served as inspiration behind Interplay's Fallout (Game) and Fallout 2 (Game).
