Early game consoles were unable to produce complex objects nor different colors. To make the games more enjoyable, the developers included a translucent overlay that players could physically place on the television screen.

Some non-dedicated platforms have games built into them so it can be enjoyed despite owning any games. Prior to any form of OS for platforms, the built-in games were accessed only when no game was inserted or required previous knowledge of a 'hidden' button presses. Later platforms the built-in games could be accessed through an onscreen menu.
Sometimes games come bundled peripherals needed to enhance the games experience.

An unbeatable enemy is just that, an enemy you can't beat or destroy. It's best to just run away from them.
"Comic Book Included" is for video games that have an actual physical comic book that come with them (See "Comic Book" for comic books in the games themselves). Sometimes the comics help the player play the game, sometimes they're just a fun diversion.
The fixed camera was made famous by games such as the Resident Evil and Metal Gear Solid franchises. Depending on the camera set, up could be down and left could be right. Even in the later generation of consoles, games like the God of War franchise still use this technique.

Video game controversy revolves mostly around the psychological effects that games with graphic violence or sexual content in them can have on players. Other sources of controversy can range from racism, sexism, politics, or religion.
If a person is made of metal and has circuitry instead of a circulatory system, then their game belongs on this list.
