About a month or so ago I published a blog saying that I hold James Cameron personally responsible for the outrageous cultural diffusion that has happened with the movie Avatar. Most importantly for creating a rapid fanbase that doesn't realize they are being played by a Hollywood film director. No wait I didn't say anything elegant like that...I just got pissed that some dumb avatar themed advertisement popped up when I was trying to watch some kitten videos.
Well this all aside I recently watched a really interesting interview done by G4 about 3D cameras featuring James Cameron that is definitely worth watching:
Really interesting stuff (except when G4 has go and be G4) and it shows that the guy knows what he is doing and is personally invested in 3D technology. It's actually kind of funny to think that James Cameron did his on cinematography in his film. On the same ground as Jeff for SquareEnix, I feel like I should give him a lot more credit now.
