Rarely do you hear of a pinball adventure game. For what it is, this game is actually quite enjoyable. Of course shoddy controls and strange physics make it slightly more annoying than fun, but hey, it's an NES game, what were you expecting?

The game is actually also quite good on length, level design is also pretty unique and interesting. Pool, bowling, boss fights, finding keys, even buying items make their appearance throughout this game, making it an odd pinball adventure/rpg/strategy/action hybrid.

It also gets bonus points for being pure nostalgia for me, as I played this game quite a bit when I was younger. It would be great to see this re-done, souped up in HD and released, on something like an Xbox Live Arcade setting. A good, interesting game ahead of it's time, it's a rare, strange gem worth trying out.
