This, honestly, is my favorite shooter of all time. I love it. It does so many things right with so few flaws...it's great. The game's story is interesting, the controls work well, the game is absolutely gorgeous, and the multiplayer is good.
The game basically revolves around you. You're "Steve Rowland". Well, you're not, but you look like him due to an identity change. "You" shot the President, and you end up facing off against a hierarchy of 20 conspirators. It's convoluted but interesting.
The game plays well with good controls and a good variety of weapons and items.
The most appealing part of the game is its art style. It's designed like a comic book. The game has a cel-shaded look. When you shoot someone in the head, the head pops up in frames, and this happens when important events happen too.
Overall, this game is AMAZING. I highly recommend it to shooter fans.
