Well, as you can probably tell already, Combat Arms is a Non Profit clone of the largely popular game, Counter Strike. And it's a poor one at best. The game itself is strictly multiplayer. The first thing I noticed is that you get 1 gun at the beginning but a lot of cash. This is enough cash to buy another weapon, however, if you buy another weapon you cannot keep it for you're whole stay in the game. It's more like renting a weapon which is a hassle since you have to rack up at least 100 kills to get a decent weapon. Another thing about Combat Arms is that it's way to easy. The AUG is way to overpowered and jumping doesn't do shit. Most players would try to think and use the jump to avoid bullets but the jump feels like you're jumping with 60000 kilograms of weight on you. Also, new players would try to embrace the game with a tactical feeling but just end up getting murdered and find out that all players need to do is rush rush rush at enemies. Overall, Combat Arms is just a free clone of Counter Strike. Instead of downloading this go get Counter Strike.
