Still more Tom Clancy's?

I'm shocked that even after all these years the Tom Clancy's branding is still going, even after his death. I can understand his literature and legacy continuing but the games with his name in them like this one just lack a complete connection to the audience and the poor writer and his literature. Rainbow Six is pretty good and is pretty much the only thing that has a connection with his literature, Splinter Cell is okay, HAWX is very dull, The Division tried a little bit harder than Ghost Recon, but this and Ghost Recon are nothing but just bad.

The characters in these games (Endwar and Ghost Recon and HAWX) are all boring stereotypes that you could find in any generic military games, even if it's a shooter. You've got the commander, his allies, weapons and equipment, one shot villains, annoying villains and other unimportant characters. Plus it doesn't help that the voice acting sounds awful (Captain Scott Mitchell sounds incredibly bored in this and all other Ghost Recon games and it's nothing but a complete waste of Steve Blum's talent) and almost all of the voice actors in these games with Tom Clancy's name are incredibly obscure.

The gameplay and missions are starting to lose me. I hardly care to play these games because I don't care about the factions they affect or the author. The author made it more exciting in his literature and Rainbow Six is a prime example because you were there trying to survive and not fail and experience his universe. Here, it's just boring, especially since aside from Rainbow Six, once again none of these other tiresome franchises connect to the poor author or his works.

The graphics are nothing new but easy on the eyes. The sounds and music aren't helping either for the ears.

Overall it's another branding from a terrible company trying to make dumb money. The author is cool but the Ghost Recon and HAWX games and Endwar don't work out. They suffer from the same plot as every other Tom Clancy's franchise, hardly tolerable characters, horrid voice acting, lukewarm music, and uninteresting and uninspired gameplay. Just play something else.
