Constant stream of simple puzzles mean you never get stuck but always have something to do, and the environment feels pleasantly physical. Steady pace of set pieces, decent in-game play storytelling, graphics and atmosphere that hold up shockingly well even on the PS2 version let alone the 360 upgrade, companions to worry about which means the pacing stays deliberate and measured - as long as you don't mind the fact that it's one of the easier titles in the genre (a bonus for me), it's an absolute joy.
