My core complaints about Cross Code really just come down to how much there is of the game. It has so many phenomenal ideas and design philosophies stuffed into it that feels overwhelming at times. The combat is very complicated to master but more or less intuitive, the puzzle design is unimpeachable in complexity and cleverness, and the world itself is intricate and infinitely explorable. The story is a bit messy in comparison to the rest of the achievement but it is hard to come away from the game anyway but impressed (or potentially frustrated, it is really fucking hard).
