An imperfect game but if I could give Fuser five stars for its modding scene I can do it here too. The PERM extension allows you to functionally add anything and everything to this game and the dev was kind enough to show how to add in vanilla elements with art. Its a labor od love done by a single very busy man but with just a little support it can be so much more. One of my favorite games ever. Captures the mood it wants perfectly.
