It is one of my favorite games ever but so many of the translation errors and unexplained missable objects age the game pretty poorly. A lot of systems are not explained well and I think any game requiring guides for that stuff rely on a crutch too much. It’s hard to recommend even if it gives context to the remakes but for any JRPG fan its worth recommending.
