Well for starters, I really should upgrade the wiki its pretty out of date. Having a "guild" section is for the most part completely worthless as its dead content in the game. The only guild worth using is the Cooking guild.
This game is more about watching your stats go up and up. Leveling takes literally forever, you can reach all 99 stats in a year if you play very efficiently...but usually its something people do over the span of several years. There are like four third-party sites out there with different calculators and stat trackers, to give you an idea of how much it has mattered in the game now.
Besides skilling, PvM is another thing most people do in this game. PvM is essentially fighting bosses, and something you can't really do until you are deep deep into the game stat wise. Some bosses it is advised not even to go unless you are max combat and have a few other 99s.
It takes a long long time for this to get good, I generally like this game for when I am studying as I can just click every 5 minutes or so, and also watching video content on the site. It is definitely a social game, having no one to play with is awful.
