Ok, let me get this out right now: Brawl is the game that i have played the most so far into my life, yes thats right, more then goldeneye, Mario 64 and Mario Kart which is where....most of my childhood went XD. Not that that is out of the way let me introduce you to Brawl: an exiting game that lets you beat up Sonic (thats for your last 10 years of gaming!!!!!). Ina all seriousness though, it is a party-fighting game that uses 3-D models of Nintendo (and 2 third-party characters: Snake and Sonic respectfully) and lets you battle it out on crazy stages with items on. Now it doesn't sound like it has much depth to it but boy it does! there is a lot of strategy that goes into winning a Brawl match (don't you dare let Melee fan boys tell you otherwise) like "should i run up and go out all offensive from the air, the ground or short-hop off the ground the the enemies direction where you can footstool jump him and continue to combo from the air while air dodging his attacks or i could just pick up that pokeball and hope not to get goldeen....i hate goldeen" so as you can see there are a lot of options available to you and the controls are perfectly customizable for everyone but if you can't get the feel of a wii-mote and nunchuck then go for just the wiimote, dont like it? go for the classic controller, dont like it? go for the gamecube controller. There are lots of options. There are also these challenges: a wall filled with boxes that each contain a trophy and to unlock it you may have to prove yourself by "beating classic mode on intense" or just plain easy ones such as "unlock Sonic" not very hard is that? Then we have what Sakurai tried to add so that people would be more focused on the single-player: The Subspace Emissary (or SSE). This is a platforming, sidescrolling action-adventure game where you go through doors, collect coins, trophys, stickers, characters, fight original enemies and watch beautifully rendered cut scenes. Yes it is awesome and actually takes about 10 hours to beat so after slogging out 200 to finish some challenges and think the game is done you get another 10 hours playing as the entire SSBB roster 9exclusing jiggly puff, wolf and toon link). Now what are you waiting for? Brawl is only at your local EB games.
