Probably one of the biggest hits in the Iphone AppStore, this game is currently on the number one spot across the entire appstore, its fun, its cheap and you can have a quick game and leave it for a few days.
The gameplay is simple, guide the green alien thing(I have NO IDEA what it's supposed to be) up the level by bouncing him off of platforms, you use the accelerometer to move IT from side to side bouncing it higher and higher, trying to get the best score and not fall down or hit any enemies. The game has a really nice way of telling you where other people have got to, as you are going up higher and higher throughout the level you see small name tags that indicate that a somebody has scored up to that hight, I can only assume that these are the scores of local players, but it never confirms this.
While going up you encounter a variety different platforms(such as ones that move up and down, ones that break, etc...) and enemies, the enemies don't pose much of a threat(they don't usually move around), but they can kill you on touch, to combat this you can shoot them with your NOZZLE THINGY, which sound awesome, but I had a bit of trouble aiming(all you have to do is touch the place you want it to shoot at and it will). Along the way you will also find powerups that help you along the way.
I am not sure why, but I think this game is a bit overrated, and I don't like the way the game openly uses it's popularity as a way to say "You need this game!", "its a must have!" but it is a good game. try it, its only £0.59/$1 and it is one of the better games on the AppStore, but it's not "Possibly the best Iphone game created"(-Touch Arcade) but it is a pretty great game.
