Don't get me wrong. This is not a bad game what so ever. At the same time , as I was playing through the single player campaign , I couldn't help but feel that for everything this game seems to do right, theres something right around the corner pulling it back from the great game it could be. First of all, there is nothing about the campaign's story that is incredibly engaging. It's merely just there to show off the Gears of War like game play it's shooting for. The most disappointing thing about this game would have to go the game's competitive multi-player I'm afraid. Unfortunately, I haven't had much success playing the multi-player seeing how there is never anyone on to play with.
All in all I still very much enjoyed the games co-op and cover based game-play. Although the characters are very goofy, I do enjoy dumb buddy cop like feeling between the games main characters, Rios and Salem.
