Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse is simply a must have or must play if you're into Castlevania games. To me this game is the one that really started it all. It has evererything. Great soundtrack, graphics, characters, and most important of all great and accesible gameplay. Don't forget that it also has an incredible and memorable story.

The game puts you in the shoes of Trevor Belmont which he's from the Bealmont clan which is a family known to have superpowers  and wield the vampire slaying whip. The Europeans cast the Belmonyts cuz they feared their super human abilities. They are brought back into Eruope when the evil Count Dracula rises and threatens to envelope the country into darkness and fill it with evil monsters.

The gameplay to Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse is simply superb.  Like all NES games the controls are straightforward. Trevor goes in left or right pressing either button on the D pad. Pressing up and B makes him use his items, Pressing the select button makes you change into Trevor or which ever character you have befriended. The A button makes him jump. While pressing the B button by itself will make Trevor use his whip. And pressing down will make Trevor crouch.

All in all, Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse is an incredible and must play game for any Castlevania entusiasts.
