Batman Arkham Asylum is a 4 star game, but earns 5 stars for the comic book video game inspired world. It surprisingly has a lot of depth and story for a genre that normally does not and sets the bar high for future titles.
The graphics are amazing and the art style is true to the source material. Controls are at times clunky, but it's nothing you can't look past to really enjoy this gem of a game. Voice acting is superb, combat system is great, and the game is fairly lengthy (10+ hours). If you like Batman at all, you should definitely check out Arkham Asylum.
