Skate was a very fun and enjoyable gamr for me. I had played some Tony Hawk games before and after playing skate i havent touched them at all. Guitar hero 3 has a great out of the box setlist. And the bonus songs are just as great. The controls are as simple as hitting a button and strumming. Oh wait that is the controls. The difficulty is just right for hardcore gamers like me, or ones that just picked it up. And they seperated the songs by difficulty which felt just right. The contol scheme is a mess, the ai are idiots, the vehicles drive like dumptrucks, the graphics are weak, story is terrible. Multiplayer sucks. I mean i gotta admit this game does have some sweet set pieces, like where you drive a tank and have to destroy others after a nuke just went off, or when you invade moscow. Okay first off this game looks GOOD. And the cover system is incredibly smooth, i was actually very surprised at how well the gunplay cover and action was presented. The story had neat twists and kept me coming back for more. And the gameplay is AWESOME!!!!! Ok first of all when i first got this i thought it was overhyped. I WAS WRONG!!!! Everything about this game is awesome. The graphics are top notch. The gameplay is smooth. The difficultly is just right and the multiplayer is addicting. And the fact that you can change your armor and take pictures and save videos is just awesome. Overall this game deserves more sequels.
