I havn't got much to say about this game because the only thing I like about it is the online 1 vs 1 competitive play. However the game doesn't offer anything else like theres no single player story to suck you in there. Even if they made that for the next game I wouldn't be interested anyways cause the characters of the game are really lame and say some of the dumbest things just before and after fights. I'm not a fan of the setting or the IP really because it screams of that whole ghey Japanese culture crap.
However it's a well made game where everything is solid and the sound and graphics are all really good, I mean the music on the title screen sucks but just ignore it lol. It's the type of game you'll play every once in awhile with your friends when you're drunk and it is fun but it does get boring fast. It's not the type of game you'll spend hours and hours being engaged by epic gameplay. It's just a party game to play with friends and when you havn't got friends to play with it's not worth playing.
Like I said I don't have much to say it's a well made game, no performance issues and runs well on any system. The gameplay is fun for a 5 min play with your friends but it doesn't offer anything more than that. I'm not really a fan of how much this screams of Japan but the gameplay is strong enough to ignore it.
I'm also not a fan of how you invite friends to a game, it's alot of effort and I wish you could just start a game straight from GFWL, instead of having to be in game.
