Let me start by saying that I'm a Star Wars geek.  That said, I know episode III the game was garbage.  The story of this game makes it a must own for any Star Wars fan, and the beautiful enviroments will apeal to anyone.  As always you will be treated to a new mix of John Williams score.  Now on to the gameplay.  You spend most of your time messing up your enemies with force powers.  Some of the enemies are immune to certain force powers like stormtroopers with fields protecting them from your force powers.  It doesnt make any sense but was obviously done for gamplay purposes to make the player mix things up a bit.  The standard gameplay may not be great or very challenging, but what can I say, I had fun.  Picking up a stormtrooper with force grip and then Impaling him with a lightsaber throw doesn't get old.  The boss battles did suck, and frustrate because of how good they could have been.  They either block every attack you make or just dont take damage for them and you end up doing the one thing that works over and over again until you win.  Despite some flaws I had alot of fun and recomend it.
