Take everything about the best parts of the Sega Genesis Sonic the hedgehog Trilogy + CD, Have it done by long-time fans: Christian Whitehead, Head cannon, Pagoda west games, and Improve everything about those games on what made them good and you get Sonic mania with colorful crisp graphics, silky smooth 60 fps (frames per second), Pitch perfect controls, amazing soundtrack, and action pack levels, could any Sonic game compare to this (...maybe), but this is the best Sonic the hedgehog game I ever played (could be even better if it had more original levels).
