Minecraft is without a doubt One of the most popular Video games to date with millions and millions of copies sold. There is a reason why it's so mainstream, Minecraft is a sandbox game where you the player in a first person view place can build and break blocks in a 3Dimensional grid. It received highly positive receptions on the PC and soon brought to Xbox 360, PS3, mobile phones, PS4, Xbox one, Wii U, 3DS, PSV, and Switch. The 360 and PS3 versions have a mini games mode but had a limited world to explore, sometimes framerate drops and not as good as the PC version, but Minecraft can be enjoyed absolutely anywhere you go.
